Harvest Basics
- Deposit required to book appointment
- Drop offs are between 1pm and 3:30pm by appointment only
- All livestock must be able to stand and walk in on their own
- Horns must be cut within 8" from base
- Cut Sheets must be presented with cattle at drop-off
Packaging Basics
- All meat custom cut to your specifications, vacuumed packaged, boxed and frozen
- 2 steaks to a package
- Ground Beef and stew meat are vacuum sealed in 1lb to1 1/4lb packages
